Innovation Center Summer Camp Spaces Available for June and July

There are still some spaces available for various Innovation Center camps in July. From innovation and design to robotics and filmmaking, these camps offer a wide range of activities catered to different age groups. The cost of camps ranges from $125-225, and there is financial assistance available for qualifying families. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to provide your child with a fun and enriching summer adventure.

The following camps are still accepting registrations:

July Camps:

Advanced Cybersecurity (grades 9-12): For those with prior cybersecurity experience, this camp provides an opportunity to expand knowledge and skills. Participate in hands-on activities and tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges.

AWS Deep Racer Car (grades 9-12): Engage in the cutting-edge field of autonomous vehicle technology. Students will train their 1/18th scale race car to prepare to race in the virtual world by training the models in a 3D racing simulator. By the end of the week, students will test their skills by racing on a physical course. 

Career Quest (grades 6-8): Help your child discover their career interests and develop valuable skills through Career Quest. Ranging from filmmaking and production to programming and business, students can learn about many different career paths through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and mini competitions among their peers.

Composing Innovation (grades 6-12): This is an exciting summer program for students interested in exploring the intersection of music and technology. This innovative camp is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and design thinking principles, while also introducing them to various aspects of the music industry, including musical performance, music business, and music careers.

AMD Bootcamp (grades 6-12): Students are introduced to the world of AI focusing on actual deployment and real-world utility of the ever-increasing power of Machine Learning and AI. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) is the host of this camp and supports student learning in a wide range of topics, such as using AMD technology to enable computer vision, as well as gathering real-world data using various sensors and feeding it into AI models.
